Khaldoun Tabari: Khaldoun Tabari is a prominent businessman and entrepreneur known for contributing to the Middle Eastern real estate and construction sectors. Born on January 1, 1950, in Jerusalem, Palestine, he studied Business Management and Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and returned to the UAE to join his family’s business. Over time, Tabari founded his own companies, including Tathniya (TEST) Electro-Mechanical Contracting in Saudi Arabia and TEST Contracting in Dubai, where he expanded into real estate development. He has been instrumental in shaping the region’s urban landscape, leading large-scale projects across Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha. Tabari’s ventures also span industries such as automotive and fashion, with investments like a Thrifty Rent-A-Car franchise and a BHPC apparel licensing agreement. Beyond business, he is dedicated to philanthropy through the Khaldoun Tabari Swiss Foundation, focusing on education and healthcare for Palestinian communities. Tabari's legacy continues to influence the Middle Eastern business world.
